Leading suspension firm Eibach has been one of the first to introduce a range of suspension improvements for the ‘Toyobaru’ in all of its global guises. The latest designs to come from the German company are an adjustable rear toe arm, bespoke rear control arm and camber bolts.
The adjustable rear toe arm allows the maximum toe change required after camber changes. When the car is lowered or the camber geometry is changed, the factory toe arm quickly runs out of adjustment. The Eibach toe arm incorporates an integrated OE style ball joint and is easily adjusted for positive or negative toe to allow tuners to achieve the perfect setting.
The innovative adjustable rear control arm and offset toe bushing kit for the BRZ/GT86 utilises Eibach’s patent-pending cam nut design to easily set and lock-in rear camber adjustment. The camber arm can be adjusted to provide up to +/-3° of movement. The integral offset toe bushing also provides a fixed 1.5° of offset, allowing tuners to get back to spec for changes of up to +/-2° when used in combination with the OEM factory slot.
The final solution is a set of front camber bolts offering ±1.75° of camber adjustment on the front hubs. Perfect for those looking to really enhance the car’s cornering abilities.
Any of the three products can be used in isolation, but obviously work even better together, offering adjustment and precision far outside of OEM parameters – essential when setting up a fast road or track car. Eibach’s Pro-Kit springs and Anti-Roll Kit ensure the perfect package and have been available for many months now.
