Coming March 4, 2022, Gran Turismo 7 is the next instalment in the Gran Turismo franchise as it reintroduces fan favourite game modes.
Hot-on-the-heels of the Forza Horizon 5 gameplay trailer, Gran Turismo 7 promises to deliver epic gameplay, with the return of fan favourite game modes such as GT Campaign, Arcade and Driving School.
Also making a reappearance is the GT Simulation Mode, which will allow players to buy, tune, race and sell their way through a solo campaign, unlocking new cars and challenges along the way. Fancy taking on others in head-to-head races? Head over to the GT Sport Mode to hone your skills.
From day one, players will have access to more than 420 cars at Brand Central and the Used Car Dealership, with game developers suggesting that Gran Turismo 7 was built with a focus on being a “car collection game”.
Gran Turismo 7 Tuning
One of the greatest joys of owning a car is to modify and customise it to suit your personal taste, we know this all too well! In GT7, players will not only be able to tune the engine, but also continue modifying parts such as the suspension, transmission gearing, brakes, tyres, and more.
‘GT Auto’, the place for customisation and maintenance also makes a comeback in GT7, allowing players to change their wheels or add wide body modifications, as well as adding roll cages and other aerodynamic parts. Not to mention that they can also change the oil and have their car washed.
Photographing your car
‘Scapes’ allows you to take photos of your car in-game pretty much anywhere in the word, with 43 countries and over 2500 locations available. Players will be able to photograph their car in photorealistic quality using HDR technology and ray tracing, with professional effects and even panning shots. And these photos can also be shared with other members of the community who have the same love and passion for cars.
When is Gran Turismo 7 playable?
Gran Turismo 7 will be released on March 4, 2022 and will be playable on both PlayStation 5 as well as the previous generation PlayStation 4.
