Welcome to the first part of our Heaven on Wheels coverage, a Belgian show that has a reputation as one of coolest and most laid back gatherings of stanced and modified cars in Europe.
Yet again this early-in-the-year meet attracted the hottest modified cars from all over Europe and the UK.
But it’s not just the cars that make this show, nope, it’s the eclectic mix of people that seems to give it a unique atmosphere, a different attitude, an almost indescribable air of coolness.
Anyway, here’s what you missed.
Is that a bin or a post box?
VIP Style Audi gets the FC thumbs up.
Scirocco’s in Viper Green look badass. It’s medical fact.
Stop, pull out a chair and chill. It’s the Heaven on Wheels way.
WTF is Cora? Any ideas?
Nice car, shit parking.
Blimey, a modified Peugeot 505…
… and Peugeot 305. Old school French cool.
Now that’s one tight looking Ibiza FR. Nice window graphics…
Nice car, sweet rims, crap shorts.
Quite simply f**k yeah!
You can’t beat a poo brown motor. Just ask our Glenda…
You simply can’t beat a bit of air-cooled Vee-Dubness.
Could this G40 Polo be any cleaner? We think not.
Worth a look under bonnet?
We think that’s a yes.
The toughest looking BMW Z3 ever?
There was plenty of sticker bombing. Some on hub caps…
… and some lip action too.
This matte brown roof chopped Mini on wires was insane.
Check out that bonnet catch.
Damn we need more R5s in the world. Retro badassness!
A dyslexic Gulf. And before you e-mail in, yes we know…
FC snapper Oli ‘Remedi’ Akintunde took a ride in Toby Alexander’s Civic EP.
Anna Roe’s Mini and Dave Phillipson’s Mk4 Golf made the trip over from the UK.
Pure evil.
A VW Kubelwagen. Not a common site, especially a modified one!
Loving this Opel Kadett. Big time.
A decked Scirocco’s in white? Don’t mind if we do!
That concludes part one. Look out for part two of our Heaven on Wheels coverage coming soon…
