Subaru Pro-R Intake and Coolant Hoses for Subaru BRZ Toyota GT86
Pro-R, the official accessory arm of Subaru UK, has been quick to create a range of tuning accessories for its own BRZ – the latest of which are these silicone intake and coolant hoses.
Designed and manufactured by SamcoSport, both kits come in a choice of red or blue high-gloss finishes. Both offer a direct replacement for the factory parts, and in the case of the intake hose, include a design improvement by incorporating the ‘chamber hose’ that is separate on the OEM part as an integrated piece, improving both integrity and airflow at the same time.
These two new Pro-R kits allow lucky owners to effect a true ‘fit and forget’ upgrade thanks to their superior quality French silicone composition and entirely hand-finished construction.
Seeing as it’s also fitted with the same Subaru flat-four engine, naturally these make a brilliant upgrade for the BRZ’s sister car, the GT86, too – offering Toyota owners the chance to fit tuning parts that have had the benefit of surpassing Subaru UK’s gruelling testing regime prior to sale.
